CLASSIC $2995.00 ( Direct to Buyer)
This program offers the benefits of working with a professional REALTOR� in the marketing of your home. We show your home to buyers, handle all negotiations and paperwork, help buyers obtain financing, and do everything necessary to assure a smooth closing. The total fee is only $2,995 and of course you only pay us when the home sells! Homes listed under this program are not placed in MLS.
CLASSIC $2995 with "MLS FOR LESS" OPTION

This program still includes all of the Direct to Buyer Program features and includes putting your home on the MLS which will expose it to all of the Triangle Area agents and their buyers. Your property is placed on the MLS offering a competitive buyers agent commission. Should your home sell through an outside company buyers agent, you pay a percentage amount of the gross sales price of your home instead of the $2995.00 fee. The total commission (percentage) we charge for a completed MLS sale ranges from 3.5% to 4.5% * depending on your selling price and OUTSIDE buyers agent compensation. Most sellers we find take this option as if ANY of our agents find a buyer, the commission fee reverts (lowers dramatically in most cases) to our $2995.00 FLAT FEE and the percentage (%) commission does not apply.
