| | As a general note, I highly recommend Durham's Assist-2-Sell to sellers who are looking for top service with rates more affordable than most others in the Triangle. On a more personal level, the sale of my house came along with added complexities (additional to those that are standard in realty). Assist-2-Sell gave their best (and successful) effort to parse through and settle each of these and as a result, I believe they are capable of handling just about any unexpected situation that arises. They did everything that full priced realtors do including a MLS listing with pictures, flyers, a highly visible yard sign, and use of a centralized showing office. They mediated the negotiation process, and when a title problem arose a few days before closing, they spent countless hours resolving it.
