"MLS FOR LESS" Program 
(No Upfront Fees-Most Popular) 

Your property is placed on the MLS offering a competitive buyers agent commission. Sales through the MLS usually range between 3.5% to 4.5%. The commission fee will be lowered to a flat fee of as low as $2995.00 should our agents sell your home directly to a buyer(dual agency). This is our most popular program as we do not have any hidden fees! 


Have a buyer already? Not sure what needs to be done to sell your home correctly? WE DO! Contact us to find out how you can employ one of our REALTORS to guide your transaction to close. We offer a hassle free service for a flat fee. 


This program is for sellers who pay a $500.00 upfront listing fee. You still get the same service and marketing of the "MLS FOR LESS" Program with a REALTOR who will still be with you every step of the way to Closing. The only difference is that by paying the upfront fee your total commission at closing is lower! As the name implies, the Direct-to-Buyer program markets a home seller’s home directly to home buyers. This differs from "traditional" marketing programs that rely on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to market homes. While the MLS is a powerful marketing tool, it does cost more for our firm to compensate a buyers agent and not always necessary. This program costs as little as $2995.00.
